Weener Empire Plastics was formed in 2008 with the merger of Empire Plastics, Zenna Plastics, Ace Plastics and Empire Plastics Ltd with Weener Plastics Packaging Group (GERMANY) owning a stake in the company. WPPG is an international group of companies with production and trading locations around the world, with headquarters are in Weener, East Friesland in north-west Germany.
